Unity Network Programmer (6-12 Month Contract)

About you

  • Strong experience in Unity game development, specifically focusing on networking and multiplayer systems
  • Proficiency in C# programming and experience with Unity’s networking tools, such as Netcode for GameObjects, Photon, or Mirror
  • Understanding of network optimization techniques, latency management, and server-client architecture
  • Experience with online sports games or other fast-paced multiplayer games is a plus

The role

  • 6-12 Month Contract, with competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Implement and optimize networking systems for a multiplayer sports game using Unity
  • Collaborate with the game design and development teams to create seamless and engaging online experiences
  • Ensure the game’s networking systems are efficient, scalable, and secure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring a smooth and stable online experience for players
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in networking technology and best practices

Nice to have

  • Experience in the game industry or other interactive media
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of other game engines such as Unreal Engine

Audio Programmer (3-6 Month Contract)

About you

  • Strong experience with audio recording, editing, and processing software such as Pro Tools, Audacity, Reaper, or similar
  • Proficient in programming languages like C# or C++, with a focus on implementing audio in Unity
  • Familiarity with audio middleware such as FMOD, Wwise, or Fabric
  • Understanding of audio principles, techniques, and best practices for games or interactive media
  • Experience with sports-related audio design, including crowd ambiance, gameplay sounds, and commentary

The role

  • 3-6 Month Contract, with competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Create and implement high-quality audio assets for in-game characters, environments, and user interface elements, capturing the excitement and intensity of a fast-paced sports experience
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure audio quality and consistency throughout the project
  • Troubleshoot and debug audio-related issues within Unity
  • Adapt audio assets to fit within performance constraints and optimize audio for various platforms

UI/UX Developer (3-6 Month Contract)

About you

  • Strong experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices
  • Proficient in graphic design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Experience with programming languages like C# or C++, with a focus on implementing UI/UX elements in game engines, particularly Unity
  • Understanding of game design principles, user flows, and usability testing

The role

  • 3-6 Month Contract, with competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements for in-game menus, HUD, and other interface components
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate UI/UX design ideas
  • Collaborate with the game design and development teams to ensure UI/UX elements align with the overall vision and goals of the project
  • Implement UI/UX assets and interactions within the game engine, optimizing for performance and platform compatibility
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
